Terms of Service

These terms cover LEGOLAND Water Park Dubai Tickets at legoland-waterpark.com (the “Platform”), operated by BETHEGUESTS LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17326236). We are an independent ticket seller. This is not the official LEGOLAND website.

By browsing the Platform or making a booking you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

This site sells the LEGOLAND Water Park Entry Ticket. Your park visit (the “Experience”) and tickets are provided by third-party operators and suppliers (“Operators”).

We act as an intermediary that facilitates your booking with the relevant Operator. Unless we state otherwise, the contract for the Experience itself is between you and the Operator, who is responsible for delivering it and for its safety, quality and accuracy of description.

When you complete a booking and payment, we (or the Operator) will issue a confirmation and, where applicable, a voucher or mobile ticket by email. Your booking is only confirmed once you receive that confirmation.

You are responsible for reviewing the Experience details — including date, time, meeting point, what’s included, age and accessibility requirements and any restrictions — before booking.

These conditions apply to the LEGOLAND Water Park Entry Ticket.

• The Entry Ticket covers one day at LEGOLAND Water Park Dubai.
• LEGOLAND Dubai Theme Park and other parks are not included with the Entry Ticket.
• Adult tickets cover ages 12 and up. Child tickets cover ages 3 to 11. Children under 3 enter LEGOLAND free with ID.
• Available Water Park slides and attractions are covered, subject to ride rules. Food, drinks, transport, towels, lockers, cabanas and other paid extras are not included.
• Check your visit date, guest details and the cancellation terms before paying. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
• Individual ride restrictions and operational closures apply. Check the ticket details and park requirements before booking.
• No customer account is required. Confirmation and digital ticket documents are sent to the email address supplied at checkout.

Availability is checked for your ticket, date and guests. Adult and child prices may differ. Review the final total before paying. Any applicable fees are shown in the final total before payment. Your bank or card issuer may charge its own currency-conversion fees.

Where a campaign is active, its terms and end date are shown with the offer. Saving a claim does not reserve tickets, create an added discount or lock a price. Choosing “Claim offer” requests up to three emails from BeTheGuests about that LEGOLAND Water Park ticket offer; unsubscribe anytime. You can book tickets without claiming an offer. Existing claims without reminder consent remain without reminders. The new claim form has a separate Google measurement checkbox. It must be selected to claim the offer; you can still book without claiming.

Payment is taken securely at the time of booking by our payment processor. We do not store full card details.

Each Experience has its own cancellation terms, shown on the product page and at checkout. Refund eligibility and timing are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• Provide accurate booking and contact details.
• Meet any eligibility, age, health or documentation requirements for the Experience.
• Arrive at the correct meeting point on time with your voucher or ticket and any required ID.
• Follow the Operator’s reasonable instructions and behave safely and lawfully during the Experience.

Vouchers and tickets are valid only for the date, time and Experience booked unless stated otherwise. Lost, copied or fraudulently obtained vouchers may be refused. Some vouchers are subject to validity periods set by the Operator.

Operators may occasionally change or cancel an Experience (for example due to weather, safety, minimum numbers or circumstances beyond their control). Where this happens we will help arrange an alternative or a refund in line with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for the acts, omissions or performance of Operators, and to the extent permitted by law our total liability to you in connection with a booking is limited to the total amount you paid for that booking.

Park hours, ride access and safety rules may change. Check current operator information before you travel. A photo of an attraction does not guarantee that it will be open on your visit date.

The Platform, its content and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or exploit them without our permission.

The offer form has a separate, unchecked “I agree to the offer terms” box and an in-page Details popup covering the offer terms and Google measurement. Select the box to claim the offer. You can book without the offer instead. Analytics and ad measurement are conditions of claiming the offer. Reading these Terms or accepting general checkout terms does not give tracking permission.

Selecting the box and submitting allows Google Analytics and Google Ads to use cookies, browser and advertising identifiers, and booking details to measure visits and purchases. Personalised ads remain off. The offer form does not send your name or email to Google.

You can change or withdraw this choice in Google Analytics preferences. Withdrawal does not revoke an already claimed offer or extend its expiry. Consent is saved in this browser; an offer email link does not grant measurement permission on another device. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies in our Cookie Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking applies to that booking. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
